Bob Mabe; Kitchen Band Perform at WRVHS

Bob Mabe and the Kitchen Band

It was standing-room only at the White River Valley Historical Society on Sunday, as Branson musical pioneer Bob Mabe and the Kitchen Band set toes to tapping with gospel and country favorites. The musical group were the featured entertainers at the WRVHS’ quarterly presentation, following refreshments and annual meeting.

The free event drew in members of the 51-year-old Society, as well as the general public, who were also treated to refreshments and tours of the current exhibit, “Agricultural Roots”. This original exhibit features many vintage farm implements and photos, and runs through July.
