Sportsman’s Paradise

Sportsman’s Paradise Display
September 27th – October 29th, 2010

The 49-pound Missouri state record striped bass from 1986, a 40-year-old 18′ canoe with 1926 Evinrude Elto motor, assorted hunting accoutrements, and dozens of images were featured at the original exhibit designed by Historical Society members.

Items on loan from local sportsmen (and women) added to the display of vintage lures, reels, and minnow traps, including examples of making lead lures, wooden lures, and tying flies.
